Another benefit is the pipe liner we use is guaranteed to last a minimum of 50 years underground, and it is resistant to corrosion, roots, cracking and leaking. Pipelining is commonly used when a drain cleaning or sewer cleaning service is performed and a pipe crack or root invasion is found.

Installation Process

The installation process is fast and can be done with minimal interference or inconvenience. We start by performing a video inspection of your pipes using a small camera that is inserted inside the pipe in question. Once we know what is wrong, you are provided with an estimate for the entire project including parts, labor and other costs associated with the pipelining project. Next, we cut the pipe liners to the measurements needed and they are soaked in an epoxy mixture. Next, the liner is inserted into the pipe and pushed using air pressure into the correct location. Once the liner is in place, a balloon device is inflated inside the pipe which presses the liner against the wall of the pipe. This creates a new pipe once the pipe liner cures. The pipe is inspected and if curing is complete and placement is correct, the pipe can be turned back on and used immediately. The entire process takes about 4-8 hours.
